Please note that you will be given an appointment date based on our availability. While we will make every effort to address your concerns promptly, we cannot accommodate immediate fixes or guarantee availability on a specific day due to pre-booked appointments. We will do our best to schedule a fix at your convenient time, ensuring that it does not interfere with your other commitments or work schedule.

This will allow you to request a free fix of your nails within 15 days of the initial service.

Return Shipping : The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, except in cases where the product was received damaged or was shipped incorrectly by our salon. If the return is due to reasons such as a change of mind, buying by mistake, or no longer needed, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
